Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the PumpTrack mobile application operated by AuraFarm Technologies.

By downloading, installing, or using PumpTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the application. These Terms apply to all users of the app.

2. Description of Service

PumpTrack is a workout tracking application that allows users to log exercises, track progress, create workout routines, and monitor fitness goals. The app may be updated with new features and improvements over time.

3. User Accounts

Some features of PumpTrack may require you to create an account or sign in using third-party authentication (such as Google Sign-In). When creating an account, you agree to:

4. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install PumpTrack on your personal devices
• Use PumpTrack for personal, non-commercial fitness tracking purposes

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the application
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the application for any commercial purpose without our consent
• Sublicense, sell, or transfer access to the application
• Use the application to transmit malicious code or interfere with our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within PumpTrack, including workout logs, custom exercises, and notes. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you create does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

6. Health Disclaimer

Important: PumpTrack is a fitness tracking tool and is not intended to provide medical advice. Before starting any exercise program, you should consult with a healthcare professional.

• We do not guarantee any specific fitness results from using our app
• The app is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• You exercise at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety
• Always listen to your body and stop exercising if you experience pain or discomfort

7. Intellectual Property

PumpTrack and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the design, graphics, icons, and software) are owned by AuraFarm Technologies and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The PumpTrack name and logo are trademarks of AuraFarm Technologies.

8. Third-Party Services

PumpTrack may integrate with third-party services such as Google Sign-In for authentication. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

PumpTrack is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AuraFarm Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury, arising from your use of PumpTrack.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AuraFarm Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of PumpTrack or your violation of these Terms.

12. App Store Terms

Your use of PumpTrack is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store from which you downloaded the application. In case of any conflict between these Terms and the app store terms, the app store terms shall prevail with respect to the app store's services.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to PumpTrack at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of PumpTrack after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PumpTrack shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
